Notes
-this recipe makes 1 large serving or 2 smaller servings.-cashews can be substituted for the brazil nuts. Brazil nuts offer certain minerals such as selenium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, manganese, thiamine, and vitamin E, which is great for a vegan diet. -1 date makes this hot chocolate lightly sweet, while 3 is very sweet. I prefer one large medjool date for this recipe.*recipe adapted from Deliciously Ella, the app. Find it on the app store for iphone or ipad only (as of 2/11/21).
